The course provides a thorough discussion of the evaluation and management (E/M) coding system in CPT. Specifically, we address:
· obtaining and recording the patient’s chief complaint and pertinent medical history,
· documenting all elements of the eye exam,
· assessing the gravity of the medical decision-making within an E/M service
